COVID-19 Health Policy

Pacifica Spindrift Players is committed to bringing back the magic of live indoor theatre, while remaining aware of the fact that community transmission of COVID-19 continues to present an ongoing risk.

In addition to implementing requirements for COVID-19 vaccination and strict sick/exposure policies for its cast and crew, Pacifica Spindrift Players asks for its patrons support in implementing the following additional risk reduction measures at all live indoor performances:

  • All patrons are asked to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination and photo ID upon arrival  and prior to entry to all performances.
  • All volunteers and patrons are required to wear a mask over the mouth and nose at all times while indoors.
  • A limited selection of drinks and snacks will be available for purchase in the lobby (during performances with an intermission only) to be consumed outdoors prior to reentry into the theatre. Cotton face masks and individual bottles of hand sanitizer will also be available for purchase.
  • Please stay home if you’re experiencing any possible symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, chills, cough, nasal congestion, sore throat, chest pain, breathing difficulty, loss of smell, or stomach upset) at or within 10 days prior to the performance, or have had direct contact with someone with COVID-19, at any time in the 14 days prior to the date of the performance.

By purchasing tickets to and attending this performance, audience members agree to accept any risk that may result from their voluntary participation in this activity, and to hold Pacifica Spindrift Players harmless from any resulting damages. Audience members are also expected to inform others in their party, if any, that by choosing to attend this performance, they are also implicitly agreeing to accept any risk that does or may result from their voluntary participation.
